Firefighters had to cut the roof from a Citroen car to get the driver out following a crash in Bradford.

Two fire crews were called to the incident in Thornton Road, near the Cemetery Road junction shortly before 5pm today and found an occupant in the car, which had damage to the back.

Firefighters removed the roof to allow the driver to be freed. He was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary by ambulance.
