A town is hosting a debut proms event as the Grand Depart arrives in the region.
Baildon Proms features Hammonds Saltaire Brass Band – competition finalists in the Yorkshire Brass Band 2014; Yorkshire’s fun folk group Fox Corner; Motown and soul favourites Baker Street Review, a guest soprano and Baildon Ladies Choir.
The event, organised by is organised by Potted Meat Stick Community Enterprises, takes place from 6.30pm until 10pm in the Ian Clough Hall car park, Hall Cliffe, Baildon.
There will be a bottle of champagne for the ‘best dressed’ table. Table and chairs are provided but guests are asked not to take gazebos or barbecues.
Tickets are £10 per person and are available from Adress Fashions, Browgate, Baildon.
