Airedale Hospital is hosting an event to prompt people to talk, plan and make arrangements for the end of life.
It is to support ‘Dying Matters’ awareness week - a national annual campaign which is in its fifth year– and the theme this year is ‘You only die once’.
Hospital staff will be joining forces with public and voluntary organisations, to highlight some of the issues about ‘end of life’ by talking to visitors and displaying information on Thursday, May 15, between 10am and 4pm. The event will be held on the main corridor of Airedale hospital downstairs and the corridor leading into the restaurant.
