A man who had admitted aggravated vehicle taking had his sentence adjourned yesterday because a police DVD, showing his driving, was not available.
Wajid Hussain, 21, of Cunliffe Terrace, Manningham, Bradford, was granted bail at Bradford Crown Court until the next hearing on Friday.
Prosecutor Heather Gilmore said footage showed the manner of the defendant’s driving, but it was not available.
Recorder Ray Singh said it was important the court had the full information.
