The family of a Bradford University student who disappeared one month ago today say they are desperate for any information about his whereabouts. Aamir Qudeer, 21, who lives at Forster Hall student accommodation, was last seen on February 26 at Leeds Train Station, and was later seen on CCTV in Liverpool.

His family, who live in Leeds, have not heard from him since.

On Saturday they will be handing out flyers in his home city of Leeds to raise awareness for their campaign for information.

Elder sister Nailah said: “We just want to make more of the public aware of his disappearance. He doesn’t have any family or contacts in Liverpool. We have had no word from him at all so that’s what is making us worry so much. He was the type of person who would text back a few seconds after you texed him so for us to not have heard from him in a month is really distressing – it is so out-of-character.

“We have had a lot of people come to support us. At the moment our world is Aamir, 24/7. He is always on our mind.”

Aamir is 5ft 5ins and was wearing a grey long-sleeved top, dark body warmer, and dark trousers.
