A man has been arrested after a motorcyclist was injured in a crash at the junction of two major roads in Bradford yesterday afternoon.

West Yorkshire Police and the Yorkshire Ambulance Service were called to reports of a crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle at the junction of Queens Road and Kings Road, near B&M, at 4.35pm. Medics in two rapid-response vehicles treated the man, in his 50s, at the roadside until an ambulance arrived and took him to hospital. He is believed to have suffered a broken leg.

Although the front of the car was damaged, the passengers were not believed to have been seriously injured.
