Joe's horse exploits on big screen

A teenager who took part in a televised horsemanship show in America is having his exploits screened in a Haworth pub.

Nineteen-year-old Western riding enthusiast Joe Midgley, from Denholme, landed a role in master horseman Chris Cox’s ‘The Horsemanship Showdown’. He competed in Texas late last year.

There has already been one screening at the Old White Lion, and episodes two and three will be shown at the pub at 7.30pm tonight. The last two episodes are due to be shown at the same time and venue on Friday, March 14 and Friday, March 21.
