Three stars of the TV show Make Bradford British hosted a workshop in the city.

Rashid Khan, Desmond Henry and Damon Scully spend five hours chatting with youngsters at the e:merge youth centre, in Pawson Street, about diversity, social cohesion and multi-culturalism.

Mr Khan said: “The workshop was great. We started with an icebreaker then talked about what were the positives and negatives in our areas, before splitting into groups and talking about our experience before, on, and after Make Bradford British. Everyone enjoyed it.

“Desmond, Damon and I want to carry on this good work in schools, youth clubs, areas and cities around the UK, to promote peace and harmony and to look beyond someone's skin colour, respecting each other's values, and to be there for each other so the UK can be an example for the world.”
