Winter emergency packs are being distributed to elderly and vulnerable residents in Woodhouse and Spring Bank, Keighley. The packs include tinned goods, torches, and contact details for volunteers who can deal with problems.
Local young people have offered to clear paths and give out salt if paths get icy.
