The following planning applications have been lodged with Bradford Council: Ilkley: construction of a small wooden building, with no permanent foundations, for use as a personal study, 62 Bolling Road. Ilkley: construction of extension to rear and side, 7 Hollingwood Rise. Ilkley: construction of new dwelling attached to the existing house, including demolition of the existing garage and utility, 29 Sunset Drive.

Keighley: construction of agricultural worker’s dwelling, Marley Farm, Aire Valley Road. Keighley: construction of two/single storey rear extension, 35 Worth Avenue. Keighley: demolition of rundown stable and replacement with annexe for disabled person, 168 Hainworth Wood Road. Keighley: formation of two-storey extension to rear, loft conversion and additional storey over existing garage, 8 Steadings Way. Keighley: single-storey extension to provide facilities for a disabled person, 42 Birchwood Road.
Lidget Green: first floor rear extension, two storey side extension and second floor dormer windows with hip raised roof, 90 Spencer Road. Lidget Green: garage extension and external access to basement level, 103 Rugby Place. Little Horton: change of use from pavement to residential curtilage with construction of boundary wall, 48 Smiddles Lane. Little Horton: construction of single-storey rear extension of the following dimensions: depth of extension from original rear wall, 6 metres, maximum height of extension 3.8 metres, height to eaves of extension 2.8 metres, 28 Powell Avenue.

Queensbury: construction of two-storey extension, Stott Hall Farm, New House Lane. Queensbury: minor material amendment to change the estate road alignment, house types for plots 35, 39, 89, 93, 101 and 106, and parking provision for plots 117-119 for the residential development previous approved under planning permission ref 11/01309/MAF (residential development of 128 dwellings), former Hazelhurst Quarry, Long Lane.
