Leeds Building Society branch raises cash for Jeans for Genes
11:00am Tuesday 10th September 2013 in News
Staff at the Bradford branch of Leeds Building Society are selling collectable keyrings on behalf of Jeans for Genes.
Jeans for Genes raises funds for Genetic Disorders UK, which aims to transform the lives of children with genetic disorders.
More than 30,000 babies born each year in the UK can suffer from a genetic disorder, and their associated health problems mean that genetic disorders are the biggest cause of death of children aged 14 and under.
Leeds Building Society is a long standing supporter of Jeans for Genes. Laura Pattison, marketing director at Jeans for Genes thanked the Bradford branch for all their support.
The keyrings are available now in the branch, at Broadway House, Bank Street, Bradford until Friday, October 4, 2013 for a suggested donation of £1.50.
