A touch of LA glamour was in Cullingworth this weekend with A-listers and big screen stars taking to the streets.
The village hosted its 11th annual scarecrow festival with the theme, ‘Hollywood Comes To Cullingworth’.
Proceeds of the event, which was held on Saturday and Sunday, will be shared between Manorlands Sue Ryder and Yorkshire Air Ambulance. One display included the famous HOLLYWOOD letters – usually they are seen on the Hollywood Hills but in Cullingworth they were on top of a garage roof, with golden stars leading to a trio of scarecrows including Charlie Chaplin and Marilyn Monroe – complete with billowing white dress.
