BRADFORD Bulls Women are struggling in the Northern Women’s Championship, with their opening day win at Stanningley rapidly looking like the exception to the rule.
They were in action at Dewsbury Moor Maroons on Sunday, and came away with a 24-10 defeat.
Emily Simister and Millen Downs crossed the whitewash for Bradford, but the result makes it four league defeats from five for them so far.
Head coach Connor Matheson will have to raise the Bulls Women for their next match, which is against the only side below them in the table, Castleford Tigers.
The bottom two go head-to-head in Bradford on Sunday, May 12, with kick off at 5:15pm.
