A POPULAR Christmas festival is returning to the Holme Wood estate for a second year. 

Starting on December 6, the free family-friendly festival will showcase everything from a Christmas fair and live dance performances to Rudolph Rave and Christingle service.

The Holme Wood Christmas Festival 2023 promises to enchant the BD4 community with a series of spectacular events for residents of all ages.

Venues include St Christophers C of E Church, Holme United Reformed Church, and TFD Youth Hub.

What's on at Holme Wood Christmas Festival

A captivating theatre show, 'Once Upon a Time,' will be presented by Falling Stars Theatre.

Holme Wood Christmas Outreach will assemble and distribute Christmas hampers to those in need within the estate’s community.

The Christmas Fair will offer performances by Dance United and the Peace Artistes, a glimpse of Santa, and the return of the much-loved Storybus. 

You’ll also be able to discover offerings from local vendors, unique crafts, and holiday treats.

The Blue Christmas Service offers a reflective and peaceful atmosphere, providing solace for those who may find the holiday season challenging.

You can also delve into the magic of the silver screen at Christmas Cinema Night. 

There’s a chance to get creative at Santa's Elves Workshop. The United Art Project will be creating Christ’masterpieces that add a touch of festive magic to your home.

The Rudolph Rave will be a lively evening featuring music, dancing, face painting, and sweet treats.

You can also embrace the magic of Christmas Eve with the Christingle service at St Christopher's Church.
